She modernized Santos Robinson Mortuary through process redesign, service improvements, and community engagement that strengthened revenue and reputation. Previously Chief of Staff at Automattic, she supported global operations and CEO-level initiatives. Sadie holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
